The three-part seat headed by Equity Mansoor Ali Shah, involving Equity Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Equity Athar Minallah suspended the decision relating to the designation of saved seats to other ideological groups.
Equity Mansoor Ali Shah said that the case has been fixed for hearing and "we are suspending the ECP and PHC decisions."
Full court headed by CJP Equity Qazi Faez Isa will take up the supplication.
The political race commission disseminated the held seats for ladies and minorities among other ideological groups.
In the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Gathering - as per a notice, the ECP dispensed one held seat each to Jamiat Ulema-I-Islam Pakistan, Pakistan Muslim Association Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Individuals' Party (PPP).
In Sindh Gathering - designated held seat for ladies to Muttahida Qaumi Development Pakistan (MQM-P) and PPP. PPP's Samita Afzal and MQM-P's Fouzia Hameed chosen on held seats.
Besides, PPP's Sadhu Mal nom de plume Surinder Valasai got minority seat in Sindh Gathering.
The ECP assigned three held seats for minorities to PML-N, PPP and JUI-F - which were asserted by Sunni Ittehad Gathering. PML-N's Neelam Meghwar, PPP's Ramesh Kumar and JUI-F's James Iqbal were chosen on the minority seats.
